Part Time Position 24 hrs per week Coordinate Production Review and enter Daily Production into Infoflo. Enter wall control data and report results Coordinate and administer group benefits for plant employees. Coordinate the payroll system including the preparation of time cards, bi-monthly payroll, and filing of records Receive purchase requests from various departments within the Pharmacy plant and issue P.O. numbers to fulfill purchase requests. Contact suppliers and place orders according to infoflo procedures. Have suppliers send invoices directly to the accounting department. Receive and file purchase orders. Follow up on lost/late purchase requests. Return defective equipment and incorrect shipments of goods to suppliers. Follow up on credit notes. Create and maintain a master supplier list.
Business Administration/HR College Diploma. 1-2 years experience in the field Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with many suppliers to ensure that goods and services are received in a timely manner. Knowledge of pipe extrusion, equipment and fabrication combined with experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
