IPEX has an opportunity with an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton team.

 IPEX is seeking an experienced customer service representative who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.   The successful candidate will service our customers with quotations, sales orders, stock inquiries and technical product support. The position is based in our IPEX Office in Edmonton, Alberta. This person will perform a variety of supportive duties involving:
  • Confirmation, processing and entering of orders and quotations
  • Problem solving and interaction with all customer requirements
  • Any other duties directly related to serving the customer


To be successful in this role, the Customer Service Representative should possess the following: 
  • Results Driven
  • A minimum of 2 years’ successful experience in Customer Service
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
  • A dedicated team-player outlook
  • The ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation skills
  • Great customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and deal with demanding customers
